Our full privacy policy is being reviewed by counsel and will land here before public launch. Until then, the short version is honest enough to live with.
What we collect, today
Two things. First, the messages your customers send Clevva and the replies we generate, so the AI can do its job. Second, basic site analytics about how visitors move through clevva.ai (only after you accept the cookie banner; declining means none of it).
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your customer conversations to train models for anyone other than you. We do not share contact information with advertisers.
Where data lives
Conversation data and customer leads live in encrypted databases hosted in the European Union. Analytics, when enabled, are aggregated and never linked to an individual visitor.

Email hello@clevva.ai with any question about your data, or to request a copy or deletion. We respond within two business days, usually faster.
